The theoretical approaches I use in therapy are Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in (SFBT) and Post-Traumatic Growth. I help clients realize that they have resources to get to their desired best hopes (goals).
