I've worked in many different settings doing individual, group and family therapy. I have worked with individuals from teenagers to older adults who have experienced personal issues including, individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, abuse, grief, dependency, and many more.
I focus on teens and adults using CBT, DBT, EMDR and other models to support clients in navigating their feelings to improve various life challenges. I utilize a person-centered approach to support you in finding your solution and meeting your goals.
