Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) helps erase & replace painful images, emotions, & sensations from the past. CBT helps you understand how your mind works, to challenge self-defeating thoughts, to learn to develop a healthy, rational perspective, significantly improving your overall quality of life. Certified ART & CBT. I specialize in treating trauma and anxiety, and am a neurodiversity-affirming therapist.
Thoughts, emotions, images, and body sensations linked to depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, & other problems in life are rooted in past experiences, creating patterns that can feel unshakable and permanent. ART & CBT are structured therapies that get to the core of these problems, offering remarkable, fast, & effective healing, peace, and growth.
Personal life experiences, including parenting two autistic children (now adults) , deeply inform my work as a clinician, offering my clients a unique combination of genuine, empathic understanding, along with professional support. I am neurodivergent and have firsthand experiences of working through my own history of anxiety and adverse events.
