I have over 20 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, families, couples and groups. I specialize in issues related to sexual trauma/abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, parenting issues, marital infidelity and conflict, domestic violence and coercive abuse in relationships, grief, managing stress, managing chronic pain/illness, spiritual concerns and relationship issues. In addition, I also utilize Prepare Enrich resources for premarital counseling services. My counseling style is insight-oriented and psychodynamic, drawing out the individual's story to reveal destructive patterns in relationship that currently prohibit healthy relating.
