With over two decades of experience, Marsalee specializes in treating anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD/trauma. She uses an integrative therapeutic approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to help clients develop insight and practical coping strategies.
