As a deaf/disabled, queer, neurodivergent art therapist, my goal is to provide laid-back and engaging art therapy for clients who struggle to feel fully seen. I provide therapy for under-served communities, with a focus on resolving issues related to queer life, neurodivergence, relationships, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I work with clients who are struggling with thoughts and behaviors they don’t understand, who are exhausted from relational conflict, and those seeking self-acceptance and answers to life’s great existential questions. I am bilingual in English and ASL and enjoy working with hearing, HOH, and Deaf clients.
For those who carry anxiety and self esteem struggles we'll use talk, art and video game therapy as a pathway to explore your identity, better understand your needs, and engage in emotional expression. Those who work with me can expect to feel safer in their body, have greater self-assurance, and engage in interpersonal relationships with greater ease.
