I am an innovative, accomplished, well-rounded, seasoned therapist m with 16 years of practice. I've worked with all age groups and feel comfortable working with challenging issues. In session we can: fix or resolve issues, reduce stress, get clarity, recover, learn to regulate emotions, sort through life plans, stop worrying or ruminating, heal emotional wounds, eliminate symptoms, discuss root issues, unpack truths, explore existential meaning, or get support. My clients discover why things are how they are, and obtain tools and methods for change. They trust the process of therapy and they trust me to help.

I love helping others. My work is all about connecting with others and being present. I help reduce stuck-ness, eliminate areas of ambivalence, rumination, spiral thinking, and give individuals methods for change. I apply theories from psychology, as well as evidence-based therapies. But most of all, I listen.
