I am a dedicated trauma therapist with a passion for helping individuals heal from past experiences and find inner strength. My main modality of treatment is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful therapy approach that facilitates the processing of traumatic memories and promotes emotional healing. With a deep understanding of the impact of trauma on mental health, I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe and supportive space for their healing journey. Through EMDR therapy I empower individuals to explore and reprocess difficult memories, beliefs, and emotions leading to profound healing.
