I have had the privilege of working within the Marriage and Family Therapy field for the past 17 years. I primarily work with couples and adults, but have extensive background in working children, teens, and families. I have experience in helping families and individuals with a variety of concerns, including relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, ADHD, parenting skills, discipline techniques, attachment, school-related concerns, anger management and other disruptive behavioral issues.

I work with people from all walks of life who are going through challenging times, feeling like there is no light at the end of the tunnel, or hoping to make a significant change in life. Infertility, pregnancy loss and unwanted childlessness impact every part of our lives. I have been in private practice since 1994, providing services for children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I have learned to treat a variety of conditions including Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Personality Disorders, marital problems, and other issues. I also provide a variety of assessment services including disability evaluations, psychological evaluations, custody evaluations, intelligence and academic achievement assessment, and personality assessments. I have been a mental health counselor since 2014 when my career began in the community mental health sector. The bulk of this time was spent working within the Child and Family Department, however I was fortunate enough to have opportunities to work with adults and couples as well. For those interested in LMHC supervision, I am a licensed supervisor as well with 3 years of supervisory experience. At this time I welcome the opportunity to work with those age 14 to mid adulthood in an individual capacity, for couples work, or family therapy. Also available for LMHC supervision and consultation.
