I have 3 decades of experience counseling individuals, couples, & families using Jungian, psychodynamic, & Family Systems models. I'm trained in both Brainspotting & EMDR, which are helpful for anxiety, PTSD, & trauma. I'm a LifeForce Yoga Practitioner, using yogic breathing, mudras, mantras, etc. to help clients with depression, anxiety, & insomnia.
I welcome people from all belief systems, & have an interest in the integration of spirituality and psychotherapy. I work extensively with religious/spiritual professionals (clergy, church staff, etc.) from all traditions, & those who've had painful experiences with organized religion (including agnostics, atheists, and "spiritual seekers.").
