I hold certifications as a lactation educator and postpartum doula in addition to my counseling license.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with: anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss, history of trauma, pregnancy issues (conception struggles, pregnancy loss) postpartum issues (birth trauma, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, breastfeeding support)
