From EMDR, Solution-Focused counseling, & talk therapies to the less well-known Imagery therapies, Expressive Arts, & Energy techniques, these approaches will help you achieve your goals; and as a Board-Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress, I am well-equipped to help if you have a history of trauma.
In addition, my Imagery studies were with Akhter Ahsen, Ph.D., founder of Eidetic Imagery Psychotherapy, and for the 20+ years I have been using imagery, I have seen the strong and positive impact it has had on many lives. LGBTQ and gender-diverse communities are welcome in my practice.
