My goal as a counselor is to create a supportive environment in which my clients can explore their emotional needs and overcome barriers that limit their full potential. I offer a judgement-free zone within the walls of my office, and I help you find real-life solutions to problems that can seem overwhelming.
I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers. My treatment approaches include EMDR, play therapy, behavior modification and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I use evidence-based practices to treat children, adolescents, families, individuals and couples.
I have an extensive background in working with children and adults who have been in traumatic situations. I work with children one-on-one, with parents and other family members and in group settings.
