I have more than 20 years of experience working in various settings, including working with adults, children, adolescents, persons with disabilities and hospice patients. My name is Joann Aronow MS, LPC, LCDC, NCC, CHST, CSAT, CPTT. I have experience with Alcohol addiction, Drug addiction, Sex addiction, ED, Dual Diagnosis, Couples, and Family Therapy. I formerly worked at Sante Center for Healing as an Outpatient Therapist and am now in private practice. I I have my Masters Degree from TWU in Community Counseling. I am a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Golden Key, accepted to Who's Who in College Students 2013, a member of Alpha Rho and TCA.

My approach is to empower clients through difficult times of their life, by teaching them the skills of self-compassion and vulnerability. Fears related to these diagnoses can cause anxiety and depression. Role change may place stress on relationships and family dynamics.
