In everyone’s life there comes a time when struggles seem overwhelming. During times like these, it takes a strong person to ask for help. If you are reading this, chances are you are at that point, and I commend you for that inner strength that is looking for resolution. I’d like to help you find that resolution. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have extensive training and experience in helping children, adolescents and adults with a variety of issues. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and stress, depression and mood disorders, and health-related issues
(chronic illness, chronic pain, grief/loss). I work with persons at all stages of weight loss surgery, from pre-contemplation to living with gastric alterations. I conduct testing and give seminars and trainings on a variety of issues related to health and well-being.My approach to therapy is best defined
as eclectic, as I tend to view my clients from many different theoretical standpoints. I am trained in Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use these and other modalities to provide the most appropriate care for each person who comes to me, individualizing treatment plans to personal needs and preferences.
