Our distinctive therapy program is designed to help Military Members deal with Trauma and PTSD related to adjusting to the Military life, combat deployments, reintegration and long-term effects of post military. We are a VACCN community care provider, we understand how to work with your referral and VA clinics or Military systems. I have been successful in the past with all manner of clients through many different settings – male, female, transgender, heterosexual, LGBTQ+, in inpatient, outpatient, technician, assessment, or even consulting settings. I also really enjoy working with teens and adolescents, since early brain-based interventions help everyone succeed even more in their lifetime. I find that my personality and style seem to fit best with clients who feel they are trapped in a negative routine, have no one with which to talk, or no way out of the situation from which they suffer.

Dr. Heather Ingram, originally from Chicago, obtained her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Argosy University in Schaumburg, Illinois. Throughout her training, Dr. Ingram worked in a variety of settings around Chicago including Elgin Mental Health Center on the Unfit to Stand Trial Unit, Bridge View-Challenger Therapeutic Day School, Women In Need Growing Stronger domestic violence shelter, and Gateway Foundation residential substance abuse treatment center. During her work in Boston, Dr. Ingram worked at Walden Behavioral Care eating disorder clinic, where she worked in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care.

Our Pastoral Counselors are certified, trained in providing trauma informed Christian counseling, for Adults, Youth, Couples and Families that are struggling with, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Addictions such as alcohol/drug abuse, sex addiction, pornography, behavioral issues, special needs, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, social/relational concerns. All counseling sessions, including Intensive Counseling, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and aftercare are all 1 on 1. In office and Telehealth options. Also available for Court ordered DWI, and DUI programs. Biofeedback therapy is available
