My specialties are depressed/mood disorders age 16+, surviving chronic illness, alone and as a family unit, and ADHD/ASD (I'm neurodiverse). I pride myself in working amazingly with teens and helping those with low self esteem, dark thoughts, mood swings, self harm/SI. I am trans and LGBTQIA+ supporting and value any person's identity above all else. This is a judgement free zone. I excel at helping adults who are late diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD/ASD, so if you need support I'm here!
