I also have over 3000 professional psychotherapy/counseling hours working with young adults and couples. Finally, we work with the larger questions of existence (spiritual issues, issues of purpose/ meaning), which are all vital to mental health. All areas are dealt with from a solid grounding in scientific literature and research.
