I have been a licensed clinician since 1988. I started working with families in 1984. I have worked with clients as young as two and as mature as their nineties. I am trained in hypnotherapy, CBT, DBT, Integrative Holistic Therapy and EMDR. I was fortunate to complete my EMDR training (Levels I and II) with Francine Shapiro, PhD, EMDR's originator, in 1994.

I see both therapy and coaching as personal training for the psyche.
