I'm a very direct therapist; however, my goal is to help you with your identified areas of "change" at your pace, ability and interest. Any small change is a big progress in counseling. I enjoy sharing my knowledge about human behavior, gut & brain functioning, communication, healthy relationships skills and how nutrition impacts mental health.
