I'm so glad you are here! I desire to see each woman who crosses my doorstep feel empowered. My hope is to help you pursue a deeper understanding of who you are and the desires of your heart, so that you might live life abundantly. I imagine you might find yourself reaching out because you are hurting and I am here to tell you that you do not have to walk this road alone. I offer individual, couples, teen and emerging adult counseling to support the treatment of relational issues, anxiety, trauma and overall health and wellness. I strive to refocus the therapeutic process back to the issues women struggle with on a daily basis; issues such as comparison, perfectionism, vulnerability and shame.
To accomplish change that has staying power, I use a collaborative approach so that you can discover the deeper parts of who you are and I will teach you to integrate what you find. I do this with the intention of helping you find a profound, compassionate and purposeful connection with all that you are and can be. I can't wait to connect with you!
