I have an integrative therapeutic approach that includes Client Centered, Solution Focused, Emotionally Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with high conflict issues.

We sometimes can keep these events in our minds, whether at the front to consciously influence all of our decisions, or sometimes packed away to protect ourselves. I enjoy working with individuals who know they want different circumstances in their lives and may be unsure how to get there.
