I am an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have been part of NIMH research studies in CBT for depression conducted at UT Southwestern Medical School, where I held the rank of Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Psychology. I initiated and taught the graduate course in CBT in the Rehab Psychology graduate program as well as teaching cognitive and behavior therapy to third year psychiatry residents at UT Southwestern. I employ a CBT approach to helping people with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, panic and OCD.

I have 28 years experience with Sexual Addiction, Marriage Counseling, EMDR, PTSD, Betrayal Trauma Recovery as well as Depression, Anxiety and Anger.
