Hi there! I'm a Christian wife and mom who has lived in this area for over 35 years I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges and many other issues. I work with teenagers who are experiencing challenges with school, family or relationships. I also enjoy working with adults, both individuals and couples, who want more out of their relationships or who are experiencing stress. I use Gottman Method materials for work with couples.
