Services are available to any person who has served in the U.S. Armed Forces, including the National Guard and Reserves, regardless of role or discharge status. Mind Above, PLLC (Professional Limited Liability Company) is an outpatient mental health therapy practice that was founded in 2019 by Jeremy Fusco, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Fusco received his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Mental Health and sub-concentration in Military and Veterans Services. Theoretical approaches to providing care include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eclectic Psychotherapy.
