Many of my clients are teens experiencing anxiety and depression and feeling overwhelmed by school pressures, demanding schedules and relationship issues. I coach young adults to identify and eliminate obstacles blocking their transition into adulthood. We explore values, self-esteem issues, personality traits, interests, and personal and career goals.
