Hi! I'm Sara and I am a licensed couples and family therapist. I am a systemically trained clinician and have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have a special interest in working with adults struggling to find a work/life balance and struggling to set boundaries (familial, romantic, professional, etc.) I also have an interest in attachment patterns that play out in daily life and in working with adults that have a hard time in their relationship with their parents and/or their romantic partners on how to advocate for their wants and needs.
I help my clients by working closely and collaboratively to strengthen sense of self and increase self worth. We work together to create a stronger and more empowered self that enables you to feel more confident in boundary setting and advocating for wants and needs.
I strive to help and support my clients in reaching their therapeutic goals in a patient and compassionate manner. I am committed to providing a culturally competent and trauma informed therapeutic space. I am an LGBQTAI+ ally and aim to provide a safe, respectful, and collaborative healing environment.
