In my 20 years of practice I have had the privilege of partnering with parents who face the challenge of addressing at-risk behavior in their teen and young adult, the parents who have lost their child to substance abuse or suicide, the couples who find ways to reconnect, address intimacy issues and co-parent effectively, the college student who needs support, the teen who feels overwhelmed and the adult who experiences anxiety and depression.
I offer both individual and couples therapy. My approach is interactive, genuine, and non-judgmental. I offer a safe confidential place to process difficult feelings and experiences to help you move forward. I trust the therapuetic process and regard it as a privledge to collaborate with you. Clinical supervision is also available.
I will partner with you to process your grief related experiences to move toward a sense of purpose and hope in your life. I will work with you to find greater satisfaction in your relationships and your present-day life. Presently this group is being offered virtually via Zoom and meets the third Thursday of each month from 7 to 8:30 PM. It is available to parents who have lost a child to substance use. Each Fall, an 8 week grief support group offered for parents who have recently lost a child to substance use.
