I have a Master's Degree in Social Work, and over 15 years as a counselor providing mental, behavioral, and home health services. Special populations include ADHD, Autism, and the Aging. I'm skilled with psycho/social/emotional support, increasing organization, time-management and self-advocacy skills, estate and care planning.
Life transitions are easier with the right support. Change involves movement. Taking steps such as mental, emotional, and physical purging, organizing thoughts, and setting goals can help break up stagnation which keeps you stuck.
