My name is Tamika Johnson-Ogbu and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma informed therapy, reality therapy and motivational interviewing. I have also earned a Masters in Divinity where I have received a solid knowledge of pastoral care and Christian counseling. My focus is on the whole person, body, soul and spirit.
