It is important to meet each client where they are by using a person-centered focus to assist with identifying personal goals. Therapy can be beneficial and involve some discomfort. There are no guarantees but success in therapy can be achieved with participation and consistency. Some issues of focus are: military issues, sexual & physical abuse, trauma, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and career goals in an relaxed office atmosphere to support everyone in feeling comfortable and at ease.
