At Serenity Counseling, our hope is to provide quality care for your psychological and emotional well-being. I aim to provide a safe, healing, therapeutic space for all clients. I believe in self-care and developing skills or strategies to help individuals tackle any stressor they may be facing. I have experience working with children and adolescents as well as adults. My time as a clinician has allowed me to develop a passion for providing trauma informed services to clients through extensive training on sexual assault and intimate partner violence. I work from a therapeutic style that assists me in meeting the individual needs of clients I encounter. I also enjoy practicing EMDR therapy.

Racheal Wilson (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is supervised by Michael Pollak, PCC-S. She provides individual counseling to adolescents (16+) and adults. Her areas of focus include bipolar disorder, dual-diagnosis, substance-use disorders, schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, complex trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Drawing from my experiences as a former ice hockey goaltender, collegiate athlete, and a mother of youth athletes, I have a deep understanding of the distinctive pressures athletes encounter.
