At Serenity Counseling, our hope is to provide quality care for your psychological and emotional well-being. Our priorities include having a relaxed and calm environment, caring non-judgmental therapists, and meeting the client where they are at and alter our approach based on their needs. We have therapists who specialize in a variety of concerns. We see clients of all ages. Couples and marital counseling, young adults, anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, and trauma are all some common concerns our therapists work with.

Sometimes we need a safe and comfortable environment to express our thoughts and feelings. I believe every client is unique and has different needs. I enjoy building a therapeutic relationship with my clients to learn what my clients want therapy to focus on. I value every clients confidentiality and ensure every client is treated with dignity and respect.

I aim to provide a safe, healing, therapeutic space for all clients. I believe in self-care and developing skills or strategies to help individuals tackle any stressor they may be facing. I have experience working with children and adolescents as well as adults. My time as a clinician has allowed me to develop a passion for providing trauma informed services to clients through extensive training on sexual assault and intimate partner violence. I work from a therapeutic style that assists me in meeting the individual needs of clients I encounter. I also enjoy practicing EMDR therapy.

We can often be embarrassed or scared and not know or understand what we are feeling. My role as a counselor is to assist you in finding the light at the end of the tunnel. I am here to provide you with support in a non-judgmental way and to help you meet the goals you have for yourself. Racheal Wilson (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is supervised by Michael Pollak, PCC-S. She provides individual counseling to adolescents (16+) and adults. Her areas of focus include bipolar disorder, dual-diagnosis, substance-use disorders, schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, complex trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
