Some interventions I utilize are integrative, EMDR trained, CBT, eclectic, person-centered therapy, solution focused, and trauma informed care. I further obtained my MA in Counseling at Methodist Theological School in Ohio in 2011 & began work in counseling in June 2012 at the Center for Balanced Living in Columbus, Ohio. My therapeutic approach stems from work with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, CBT and Source Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR practice.
