I am set up for telepsych meetings. I am an experienced therapist who works with adults. I have a specialty in family and interpersonal relation problems. Persistent negative experiences can cascade anyone into emotional difficulty that feels overwhelming. My style listens to your personal experiences, helps you find ways create new experiences and communicate effectively where needed. Feeling supported, heard and validated are profoundly empowering and if not present in your current relationships is extremely emotionally painful and destructive. MY training and 15 years experience is in therapy work with children, teenagers, adults, families and couples to untangle troubling stuck patterns. The involvement of the child's and teen's caring family members in a caring way is vital. Families have the power of a team and are part of the process of change the child or teen is working through.
