If you are a parent trying to get help for your child or teen due to an array of possible challenges that they are facing, I am always open to talk with you about how I may be able to help. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and their families and pull from my over 19 years experience providing psychotherapy many diverse settings. A basic goal of my work with every child, adolescent, and adult that I work with is that a safe, supportive, caring environment is created that can foster comfort for my clients to take risks and make change. Due to covid-19 I offer private ONLINE TELEHEATH services covered by most plans.
I also have been providing therapy to adults and couples for over 19 years. With children, adolescents, adults and families I pull from a variety of therapies including psychodynamic, family systems, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral, acceptance commitment therapy, relational/interpersonal, and psychoeducation/coaching. I offer Saturday hours for parents who have difficulty finding time to bring their child or adolescent to therapy during the week. I also offer Saturday hours to adults. In addition I am available Mon-Fri with some early morning and late evening hours. I am also a registered Telehealth provider for Florida residents so I welcome you to reach out as well.
