I am a licensed psychotherapist who works primarily with adults interested in addressing professional issues, relationships, anxiety or specific problematic or destructive behaviors. I specialize in treating clients who have either experienced a recent traumatic event or have a history of chronic trauma. This includes people who've been identified as having bullying energy or behaviors.
I am a certified Internal Family Systems therapist as well as an IFS Assistant Trainer. I'm a licensed art therapist, certified trauma specialist, and trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy.
I recognize how stressful it is to begin work with a new therapist. I respect each client's individual needs and expectations and take a collaborative approach to therapy.
