In my twenty years of working in the mental health field, I've learned that it is not the situation that can render us helpless, but the meaning we create about the situation. Imago Couple Therapy re-establishes connection with your partner through the practice of communication techniques. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy combines standard cognitive-behavioral techniques and present moment awareness. EMDR effectively processes traumatic experiences enabling the mind to get unstuck from the past. I also offer Hypno-therapy to enhance coping skills and identify self-defeating patterns.
