We may be still social distancing and feeling somewhat disconnected from family and friends. Many people continue to experience anxiety, depression and relationship issues as a result. Most of my clients had initial reservations about trying telehealth but, much like everything else lately, we’re resilient and go with the flow. The benefits of telehealth are that you don’t have to travel, scheduling is much easier and you can be seen wherever you have internet (must be in NJ during session).

My job as a therapist is to empower my clients to be the best versions of themselves. I accomplish this by embracing each of my clients with kindness and lack of judgement. I have over 30 years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings treating clients with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, couples and marriage counseling, substance use disorders, and trauma to name a few. I am a trainer, educator, and practitioner of group psychotherapy and psychodrama and am renowned in my field as an innovator, author, and teacher. I offer supervision for mental health professionals and training in action methods as well as a two year training program in Souldrama.
