I believe love is a verb by which we make strategic choices that are deeply rewarding and emotionally fulfilling. Built on attraction and attachment choices, love takes many forms but ultimately is our response to our deepest drives for meaning.

I believe love is a skill. I believe anyone can learn this skill. I teach people the skills for having deeply rewarding relationships, wiih themselves and others.

I'm 50 years old, father of three daughters, married for 28 years. I've spent my adult life helping others achieve their relationship goals. I'm specifically trained and licensed as a marriage and family therapist. I would be honored to help you.
