If you are struggling with relationships, depression, anxiety, or low self-esteem, I believe I am the right therapist for you. If you are experiencing challenges because of trauma, abuse, or difficult life transitions, I can help you heal. I offer a unique blend of non-judgmental listening, creativity, and genuineness. I will work collaboratively with you to help you develop self-awareness, confidence, and healthier ways to handle the challenges you are facing. I provide adult, family, couples, and adolescent therapy. I am in network with Aetna and BCBS, as well as the Clear Pricing Project (CPP) for the NC State Health Plan.

I have worked in the mental health field for 20 years, and I started my private practice in 2012. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, family dysfunction and conflict, trauma, and abuse. I am well-versed in evidence based practices that are backed up by research to be effective in alleviating symptoms.

I use a client-centered approach and believe that the relationship between the client and the therapist is a main component of successful therapy. My approach is also warm and inviting, and I’ve been told that I’m easy to talk to. Lastly, I will take the time to get to know you as an individual and use an integrative approach for your unique needs.
