I am a Wake Forest University graduate intern at The Calming Center of Mount Airy. I have experience working with children and adolescents. I am interested in working with those who have or are currently experiencing concerns with substance use/misuse. I truly believe and have witnessed that change and growth are not just possible but probable.

DeJuan J. Lundy is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHC-S) and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) with over 13 years of experience working with diverse populations and ages, as well as a wide range of diagnoses and disorders. I am currently a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina and a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Virginia. To date, my clinical experience includes community mental health as a site supervisor of a school-based mental health program, a clinical trainer at the Center for Counselor Education and Family Studies at Liberty University, and as an outpatient therapist in two different practice. My experience in the community, private, and academic sectors has allowed me to work with a variety of clinical issues.

I am a North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience providing counseling/therapy services. I received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and later earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy) from the University of San Francisco in California. There is a stigma that rests within the church and mental health that is still present today so many Christians are faced with masking their mental health. I am here to say that this should not be.
