In Addition, Our Success RATE is 85% of Our Couples that have Successfully Completed Our Couples Workshops or Alcohol Treatment.

I currently offer telemedicine and office visits. I believe each person is unique and possesses the ability to discover his or her answers in an environment without judgment. My goal is to facilitate the path of discovery with each client while providing encouragement, hope, understanding, and education. I value the relationship between therapist and client and the ability to meet an individual where he or she is wanting to focus therapy. I am trained in trauma therapy (EMDR) and specialize in relationship issues, codependency, women's issues, anxiety, depression, chemical abuse and self-esteem.

Christina enjoys working with individuals, couples and families helping support them in making changes they want to make. She has her B.A. in Sociology and Diversity Studies from SCSU and her M.S. in MHC from Walden University. She is an LPCC, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of MN. Christina has worked 10 years in clinical counseling. She has 24 additional years working with children, and families with services that are person-centered, strength-based and therapeutic. She has worked in foster and long-term residential based programs, as well as crisis, substance abuse treatment, vocational and education areas.

My passion is helping individuals, couples and families live the lives they deserve. I am a straightforward, innovative therapist with an outstanding track record for helping my clients live healthy productive lives. My personal commitment to you as your therapist is to provide counseling and psychoeducation using Cognitive Behavior Therapy to promote healthy thinking and positive outcomes. I am a firm believer that in order to change behavior we have to gain insight into underlying beliefs that have developed over time through experiences.
