For many years I served adolescents, teens and families as a youth minister and school counselor. Since 1999 I've been helping individuals, couples and families who struggle with depression, substance abuse/addictions, relationship issues, adjusting to change, grief/loss and other concerns. I offer a safe environment for someone seeking support for their current struggles. We will work together to identify obstacles and build on your strengths. John is a therapist with 25 years experience as a mental health clinician serving adults, couples, children, adolescents and families. His training from the University of Iowa and Simmons College in Boston offers a strong theoretical grounding in psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy.
