I work to support people through depression and anxiety, difficult relationships, trauma and loss, PTSD, sexual orientation concerns, grief, and other challenging life transitions. Together we explore ways to shape a life rich with purpose and meaning.
While I believe each of us carries the wisdom to create authentic and lasting change in our own lives, often access to this intuitive knowing is blocked or damaged. My goal to help you cultivate, restore, and strengthen the connection to your own inner knowing.
My approach is eclectic, drawing from Relational therapy, Internal Family Systems and other models which take into account the body, mind and spirit. With compassion for self, clarity and insight about your own habitual patterns of behavior, you can move toward the life you deeply desire.
I have a graduate degree in Clinical Social Work and did my undergraduate work at Kalamazoo College. I'm married and have raised three children. I'm a writer and former business owner. I believe above all else that all people deserve to be heard. I am here to listen.
