I am an Expressive Arts Therapist and Licensed professional counselor. When someone comes to me for therapy, we first work to address any immediate concerns, and then explore some of the challenges that might be under and around those concerns. I am passionate about working with Neurodiverse individuals, and helping to solve problems, foster growth and facilitate understanding. People are the experts of their own experience. It is my role as therapist to walk with you and offer insight into that experience, allowing you to make connections and find meaning.
One of my specialties is Expressive Arts Therapy. Creative expression is a natural part of human experience, and one of the ways we can explore our emotions. Not all clients want to use arts based work, and that's okay! I will meet you where you are.
There are things in life that go beyond what we have words to describe or problems that feel bigger than what we can solve. Sometimes it is just 1000 tiny things that all add up and make us feel like we cannot go on. I want to be here for you in that space and on the other side of it.

Virtual Neurodivergent Peer Support
Peer support is an valuable tool for personal growth and support for Neurodivergent individuals. Peer support lends a sense of community and connection that may be otherwise lacking in our day to day lives. This group can be especially valuable for those who have identified their Neurodiversity in adulthood and are looking to learn more adaptive strategies for coping with lifelong challenges.
