Every day it's palpable...you feel an ache, a longing deep inside that hasn't yet been satisfied but it's elusive and you don't know how to get there or where to start. You've never been more eager and ready to step up and do whatever it takes to experience that level of freedom, aliveness, and soulful living.

Providing therapy is my passion, since I find all people intriguing. I have 20 years' combined experience in inpatient and partial hospitalization environments, and outpatient counseling. I work with adults of any age, and provide individual and family counseling. I am married and have two grown children, and three grandchildren. I have been a homeschool teacher. You know these health struggles are somehow behind your depressed and anxious feelings, and you feel alone…like no one understands. Our counseling exists to serve individuals and couples through professional counseling. Our counseling goal is to impact lives on a spiritual, emotional, and mental level. Counseling also involves the sharing of personal problems, concerns, and stories with a professional who is skilled at helping the client or clients come to a resolution or solution about their particular situation. The general goals for the client are that he or she can identify the issue(s), develop a plan of action, and then implement that plan to move forward and progress in spite of their spiritual, emotional and/or mental setbacks.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. I know this is hard because you’re not usually a reacher outer. You're existing in spaces with people all around you but you feel alone. You’re disconnected from your own body, your desires, your partner, and your community. You feel frazzled and fragmented and flat-out exhausted. You also know that there is a little spark somewhere inside telling you there is another way but you have no idea how to get there.
