I approach therapy as a balance between helping you learn to understand and accept yourself and your challenges, and supporting you in learning new ways of thinking and behaving.
My treatment approach incorporates psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. Humor helps too! I know that beginning therapy can be both scary and daunting, but my success as a therapist is based on working with you to find the way forward together.
