I am professionally trained to employ evidence-based psycho-therapeutic approaches and techniques to support your mind and body. I also support your human spirit through spiritual (non-religious) interventions guiding you towards meaningful relationships with self, God and your community. As a Black therapist I also support clients who experience exclusion.
Marital conflict, infidelity, fear, anxiety, depression, stress, racial stress, and other emotional challenges do not need to have the last word. With intention and love you can achieve your goals.
