In the past 25 years, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families. I prefer to work with individuals between the ages of 14 to 100. I have extensive training in domestic violence and sexual assault, women's issues, addictions, mental health, and loss and grief. I also enjoy working with couples.

I am qualified & motivated to help families & individuals in a variety of Mental Health situations to improve their skills in coping and managing with daily stressors.
